FullTilt Performance is based at Dreams To Reality Training Center in Marshall, Michigan. FullTilt exists to provide the highest level of pitching and catching training in Southwest Michigan. Owned by Will Nimke, former D1 pitching coach at Western Michigan and Concordia University Ann Arbor, FullTilt focuses on creating comprehensive programming using modern technology (Rapsodo, ArmCare.com, and baseball-specific data) and ongoing research to grow with the game's trends.

As the owner of FullTilt Performance, Will brings over a decade of experience in youth, high school, and collegiate coaching.Having served as the pitching coach and assistant recruiting coordinator at Western Michigan University (NCAA DI) and Concordia University Ann Arbor (NAIA), he has extensive knowledge of the development processes needed to improve your game. By integrating all this experience, he has helped many athletes succeed and move on to college and beyond.
Will is passionate about this game, its pitchers, its catchers, and how to go about being the best version of yourself. His successful development comes from a comprehensive and personal approach to coaching. Working with multiple development systems and using the best technology (Rapsodo, ArmCare.com, Trackman, etc.). Will is equipped to develop pitchers to be competitive at the top of their game, both physically and mentally.

As a co-founder and consultant, Kelsie aids as a resource for all FullTilt coaches and athletes, With both a bachelors and masters in athletic training, in addition to a masters in sports administration, she brings extensive knowledge of sports medicine and the demands of college athletics.
Kelsie has experiencing working at each NCAA Division having worked at California University of Pennsylvania (DII; Men's Soccer), Adrian College (DIII; Volleyball, Wrestling, Baseball), and Western Michigan University (DI; Gymnastics, M. Tennis).
Fueled by her passion for college athletics and helping athletes thrive physically and mentally, Kelsie is an invaluable resources to our athletes.

A graduate of Marshall High School. He was also a former catcher at Kellogg Community College. Copper is currently playing at Western Michigan University. He brings a unique ability to relate and develop catchers of all skill levels. He has worked with numerous athletes at multiple levels, implementing specific development plans in one-on-one and small-group sessions.
